Youth & Junior Championship sign-up

The OK Youth & Junior Championship 2011 will be held at Upper Thames SC on 21st August 2011.
A Notice of Race will be available nearer the date.
Entries are invited from interested sailors from any club or class. The OK class will try to find boats for sailors who don't currently own/have access to OKs. If you are interested, please sign up below. The event runs in two age categories, so if you can include your DOB that'd be helpful.
