Hi John,
We would love to see you if you wanted to visit South Staffs. I’m in the 50’s and weigh about 74 kilos and can keep up with the youngsters on a good day.
We teach sailing here-RYA style- and do a lot of coaching as well. We have had lot of beginners start in OKs but I would recommend a bit of sound tuition first. We can show you boats and even lend you one to try. They’re a lot of fun!
