What controls system are you opting for in the end? Initially I was going to convert to over deck but then decided , if it ain’t broke…..etc. so re roped the under deck system and works extremely well.
Unfrtunately I ended up by having to paint the deck of my boat white only in as far as the deck was in pretty naff condition when I bought her therefore it seemed to make sense to repair, patch and made to look aesthetically pleasing, although I am a huge advocate for wood/varnish.
I can email some pics of my nearly completed boat to the web master for posting. I suppose every little bit of technical bumph helps!
