Reply To: Are the Seamark Nunn Boats any good?
If its the ebay boat it looks in pretty good nick. I actually emailed the seller for some more info. Its got a 3m black-top mast & he sent a picture of the cockpit which looks in reasonably good shape.
The bad news is the boat weighed in at 79.5kg new – which means she’s probably 15 to 20 pounds overweight by now.
Possibly not too much of a problem for pottering or club racing on flat water but without peeling the deck off & replacing it with timber I doubt you’ll be able to take much weight out of her.
Looks like someone’s put in a bid though – £160 at the mo. Worth watching!
