I got a replacement gooseneck pin from Needlespar about 3 years ago. Cost around £9 at the time. If they’re still in business & its a Needlespar mast its worth a call to them 1st.
Lubrication – GT85 works well on most things but Richard’s correct – you’d better check sheaves & other areas too. If you’re having that much trouble pulling a sail up I doubt its just the track (in my experience the biggest problem with sail tracks is that sails pull out of them – not that they’re too tight)
