For those who are interested i joined Stuart on Sunday for a rather extreme blast round the lake in 30 plus knots. Very exciting & rather knackering.
I am happy to report that Burghfield is a very friendly & welcoming club. with decent Galley & Bar facilities. The Lake is pretty large witha few islands, but certainly big enough for some good OK racing. I plan to start doing the winter series proper in the new year.
