I guess that your rudder probably wasn’t insured or you wouldn’t be shopping for a second-hand one. You could try Alex Scoles at http://www.idolcomposites.co.uk; I know he makes new ones, but as well he may have a not-quite-perfect one that he’d do a deal on. Apart from that, they are boring to make but not very difficult if you want a fixed rudder. The class rules give the only dimensions that matter.
