Back and neck took a turn for the worse this last yer but doc says I shouldn’t hurt it by sailing and reckons if I start out gently it could actually be beneficial as it should strengthen my tummy muscles which takes pressure off the back muscles and supports my back better which might reduce the pressure on the disc which is irritating the nerves.
Going to follow up this advert with my planned letter to all clubs. Can’t get a full list of clubs so going to contact RYA and see if they have a contact list for all Scottish clubs.
