I have recently moved to Wellington NZ from the UK (arrived 1 month ago). New to the OK’s but not new to sailing – campaigned an SB3 for the past few seasons but 400’s and lasers before that. The buzz around the worlds here is huge so I just had to get involved! These boys are going to put on a great event in some pretty challenging but great waters. If you’re in two minds whether to come you will not be disappointed!! I believe it is on at the same time as the 7’s rugby here in Wellington too which will mean there will be some great nights out to be had….oh and did I mention it will be the summer…..
Our season here starts next weekend so I may have just enough practice time before the big event!
