Hi Weitze,
You’ll need to find a company that specialises in boat building timber, but I guess there are plenty in the Netherlands: lots of traditional boats there! If you get them to saw it to the sizes you need it’ll save hours of work. Why not post some photos on here? It’d be good to see what you are tackling on NED 621.
