Reply To: Centre Board Question
The centreboard should pivot on the bolt and the clearance between the bolt and the hole is controlled. You used to have to have a packing piece in the slot to make up the hole but, as far as I know, now you can just have a screw across the slot as long as the board can not move on the bolt more than is allowed. Does this help? It sounds like you have got a screw missing (in the c/b of course).
