This is indeed my mast, and my boat as well. I have been contacted by the owner prior to me to say that he will replace the mast with one they have as they did not know there was a problem. They are actually going to bring the mast from Cumbria to Scotland next week, now that’s what i call an extremely fair and honest ebayer for sure! I was honestly expecting to be stuck with a boat with a broken mast and all the problems associated with trying to find a replacement, i was wrong.
