Reply To: Dun Laoghaire Regatta 2013??
Timing didn’t quite work out for 2013 but it’s worth saying that the Dun Laoghaire regatta this year was a raging success.
Great weather, fine wind, excellent parties, barbequeued pig, free flowing beer, great racing.
In the absence of visiting OK Dinghies the dinghy fleet was mostly Lasers – almost a one design regatta. But the OK Dinghy sailed with honor and reasonable success, finishing 2nd by a single point. (see racing report on the iokda site, link below)
So – looking ahead to seeing you all in 2015! Or could it be the site of a Europeans in 2017?
