i think the concensous/ decision at the worlds skipper meeting at largs was that under the rules you can only use dacron sails at national meetings and above therefor seems a lot of money to only be able to use at club level. the woolley area was open meetings but i think the class had included those in as national events. maybe terry could expand/ correct me if i have misinterpreted
