You have worked wonders here.
Now that we know what Floor Boards are in an OK and that the rules say that they are “free design” be may the OK Class should take steps to make other OK sailors aware of them, as floor boards could help over weight sailors like me spread they weight over the bottom of their boat.
It would be really helpful if there were suggested plans printed for floor boards along with the Offical Class plans for building the dinghy. I have noticed that this is currently done for a suggested but not offical Junior Rig. Prehaps there could be a suggested but not offical Floor Board plans/diagram.
Also can anyone tell me why Floor Boards are spelt with two different spelling (ie as Floorboards and as Floor Boards) in the Class Rules? Also Keel Band is also spelt as Keel Band and Keelband in the Class Rules? This makes searching for a subjest in the rules difficult.
