I agree that it is easier said than done – which I think is largely due to the [perceived] social implications of such action.
I however, disagree that an omnipresent jury would solve the problem. I think it is much more effective to have of your peers call foul.
At Carnac last year I was involved in a discussion where it was suggested (by Bo Peterson I think) that loads of protests is a bad thing and no protests is equally bad – there needs to be a healthy level of protesting within the fleet. I agree.
