If YOU think that whichever boat it was with a gyration radius of 930 was illegal then how do you think one with less than 900 would be alright? As far as we are all aware there is only one illegal boat and that has yet to be tested. It would be good if it was done with and without the extra correctors and also with it spread to the ends. At least this might show something useful as to the differences as then it is all within one boat. I am pretty sure it is safe to publish those results seeing as everyone knows which boat it is.
Also before there is anymore speculation show some tests with other builders like the new Kraus boats, Synergy, Scoles etc. And also with the boards out so the boats weigh the same and have no weight variation in the middle. You may just find that the top boats are all within quite a narrow range and just because they are all well built does not mean that they have been built to cheat any rules.
As for the TC I can’t remember any of the 4 or 5 boatbuilders on it being in favour of creating more work when there is already too much to do.
