Hi Ken and thanks for the reply. I purposely cut off at 2130 as there is suddenly a jump to 2009 year boats that I recognise are going to be above my price range.
To be honest I was thinking an early Scholes boat.
Regarding masts while a perfectly suited rig would be best I recognise I could be trawling about for some time to find something that’s well optimised, so initially I’ll be happy with something thats in the parish. My preference is for something on the softer side fore-aft in the mid-section and soft in the sides near the top as I prefer sailing with a flatter belly in the main, but have to admit that my days of non-stayed rig singlehanders are some 18yrs in the past. I did have a go in Stuart Coles old boat a few years back which had a blue top which felt good.
I’ll keep doing the research but would appreciate it if people let me know if and when they consider selling boats.
