Richard, some people have now been offered a tent space and some have been offered hostel accom, you have to apply to the club who will either allocate you a space/room or decline. Deryck informs me he has been offered a tent space he now has to fill in a contract agreeing to the terms and conditions and send it back by Post. :roll:
I should point out though he has been informed he is not allowed to take up that offer directly before the event and he has to find another location. Maybe Deryck you could inform us the current situation. ?
