      Hi All
I have had 2 x OK’s last one I refurbished 2067 and very distressed that I could not manage to race due to my back injury issues. Tried lots of different boats out for comfort, even sailing and Illusion12.
Just wondering if the class would accept having a sail cut with about 500mm or so, up from the clue to increase boom height, This should enable me to tack/gybe without having to bend too low!
Any thoughts? has it already been done? or not feasible
      Cheers
      JH

there was a 90% sail made but not sure this would make the boom higher

      Thanks for reply Burt
Would need to take a triangle off the foot for it to work.
Be nice if you could stick the area lost back up to top batten, merlin rocket style!
