At South Staffs we have a boat looking for a new carer!
The Boat is 1650 – could have been by Peter Crew but not sure – currently owned byGraham Hickman.
It is an all varnished wood boat and most of it is in good order. However, due to circumstance, it has wintered with water in the front end and needs some quality woodwork.
It would be a pity if it were to be scrapped and he would like it to go to a new home. Money would not be the issue but the future of the Boat would ( I am sure a deal can be negotiated with a new owner).
It needs to go in a dry place before the Winter.
Are there any classic boat enthusiasts out there who would be interested? I would like this to be circulated to the Classic Boat Association but I don’t have a contact.
Initial contact can be through me and I can get photos.
