French northern championships

Have noticed on okdia the French northern championships take place on the 23/24/25 May (spring bank holiday weekend) on Lac du der which is near St Dizier eastern France just over a 3 & half hour drive from Calais. Stayed near here few years back in the caravan and from memory St Dizier was a very student town so suit Burt & Dave!
Though I never went to Lac Madine those that did years ago always said they had a great time.
So I am thinking of going next year anyone else up for it?

We have also stayed there. Very nice location and great place to sail.
Although we must not forget Hunstanton has yet to have a date placed. We need to support our own venues first. Especially with it being a sea venue. But if it does not clash we shall certainly consider it.
