Does anyone know what gear is being used by the top sailors at the moment? It would be interesting to know what hulls, foils, masts & sails people are using – especially if the weight on the helm is known?

Hi Chris. I think that’s a pretty interesting question. I’ll do an on-line questionnaire and get Robert or Thomas to email the url to competitors – I bet most/all of them are on line. Mmmmm.. and speak english? I’m not sure, but hey, I bet they know someone who does. This might take a couple of weeks, though: I’m off for a week’s big boat sailing next week and I don’t think I’ll finish it before then. I’ll post here when I have it done. Dave Cooper
