Hats/ Helmets

Does anyone know of a good protective hat preferably, not a hard helmet. A peak cap with padding or something to protect against boom bashes?

Yes. I’ve got something that’s sold as a ‘top cap’. Looks like a baseball cap, has an ABS shell. I got mine from RS Components – here’s their website – http://rswww.com and if you put top cap in as the search term you’ll get pics and prices. Sure is good for head-butting the boom! I’m sure other people sell them, but if you fancy one of these I can easily get one and drop it in the post. Dave
