Hiking pads for side decks

Does anyone know where you can buy the pads for the side decks?
All i have found so far are one’s for the finn. I only want them as i am currently rubbing the paint off the side decks.

I chuked my hiking pads away and a lot of the Finn sailors are not bothering anymore, aparently. I put some Pro-Grip on the side decks which will give you some grip and protection at the same time. Pinnel & Bax,Northampton Sailboats and LDC etc stock it.
