Kicker purchase

hi, can I get some idea of the purchase I should have on my kicker?
currently have a triple by the mast and a double on the boom + the normal Kicker lever – is this enough?

Also on a Synergy – does anyone know the length the kicker strop should be? just cant get it right atm.
