Does anyone happen to know where i can get a nylon sheet which i can put onto a CAD router to make a mast bracket

Hi Ben,
I suggest acetal is a better material than nylon for this: stronger, machines better, lower friction, just as available. If you have any trouble getting some locally let us know.
