Reminder: Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September : Upper Thames Sailing Club first combined OK/Wayfarer Open meeting. Six races are planned over two days. First class camping facilities adjacent to the club house for those want to make a weekend of it. For those who don’t know, this is river sailing at its best. an exquisite stretch of the river Thames by Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. The OK fleet at UTSC are a hospitable and friendly bunch and welcome visitors to challenge the members over the weekend of races.

Details of Dinner
To celebrate the event there will be a Dinner with entertainment on Saturday evening in the Clubhouse. Starting at 7:30 for 8:00 pm when a three course meal with coffee will be served. Entertainment will be provided by Emmet O’Mally. His music is acoustic guitar based, tuneful and thoughtful. Emmet has just finished performing a show called Four Stories Four Songs at the Edinburgh Fringe this year. Here is a review:

Tickets are priced at £15: great value for Edinburgh Fringe entertainment and great food.
